SINFONIA Project's partners are aware of the need to protect the personal data collected during the project, to guarantee the ethics in publishing results and in general to protect the rights of individuals. The policy on protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data is based on the Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 on the protection of personal data. This policy covers the Sinfonia website and sets out the different areas where user privacy is concerned and outlines the obligations & requirements of the users, the website and website owners. Furthermore, the way this website processes, stores and protects user data and information will also be detailed in this policy.

This page describes the management procedures of SINFONIA project website in relation to the processing of personal data of its users. The privacy policy is provided pursuant to the European Regulations for the protection of personal data (GDPR) and of the national legislation for the protection of personal data to those that interact with the services of CNR-ISMN, that is accessible electronically and related to the domain: sinfonia-fet.eu.

  10. Right for the help of supervisory authority - meaning you have the right for the help of a supervisory authority and the right for other legal remedies such as claiming damages.
  11. Right to withdraw consent - you have the right withdraw any given consent for Processing of your Personal Data.
